Kym took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, making me feel completely comfortable and informed before deciding what would work best for me.
I ended up having a lash lift and tint, along with a brow wax and tint, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. My lashes look absolutely perfect.
Not only was the treatment fantastic, but the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and relaxing. The conversation flowed naturally, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.

I never had a facial before and I had a wonderful woman named Kym spend 45 minutes lathering and massaging my face.Then a further 30mins on a brow wax/tint that I booked and OMG they look related now and actually look presentable to the public! In doing so it made me forget all my worries and my hunger pains as I forgot to eat brekkie😂 All jokes aside Kym made the session very welcoming and did not judge me for my acne breakout that occurred over the past week..
Kym is very wise and gave me so much tips on how to upkeep my facial. Definitely coming back purely for Kym and her exceptional work!

I had my eyebrows and lash lift done by Kym and she was absolutely amazing. She explained every step of the process so clearly and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. I’m currently recovering from a car accident, and she was incredibly accommodating constantly checking in, adjusting things as needed, and making sure I was okay throughout the appointment.
Her care, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out. My brows and lashes look fantastic, and the experience itself was genuinely calming.

Absolutely amazing. The most kind, gentle and chatty lady – walked thru the whole process and taken care of thru out. If my eyes burnt she made sure she took away any pain without compromising the chemicals and talk me thru her experience to find the best products and what was going on during the session. It also flew by because she was so pleasant to talk to and the results were all I hoped for and more – left with a care package that was the cherry on top. Will 100% be booking again!

Highly recommend Flutter Bomb. I went for a little pre-wedding lash lift and tint this morning. Kym is lovely and was very gentle and understanding, making sure I was as comfortable as possible throughout. Kym uses high quality products and is very conscious of timing, so as not to cause any damage. I got the Keratin treatment afterwards too just to give my lashes an extra boost. Super happy with the results, which should last for our honeymoon too!

Kym is gorgeous and was genuine and honest about what could be done with my frazzled lashes – over processed from a DIY home treatment 🤦♀️ I felt totally confident in her knowledge and let her work her magic. I was so impressed with the finished result that I booked my next appointment there and then. I walked out a very happy lady with a beautiful little gift bag of goodies to keep my lashes in tiptop condition.
